REFUND POLICY

Lost Painting Guarantee

• In case the painting is lost by the courier shipping agent, we will send you a new artwork at absolutely no charge to you.

 Artwork Damage

• We will print a new canvas for you for a free if your painting arrives damaged. All you need is contact our customer support. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Modifications

• In Backstage Art Studio, modifications are free of charge! If you are not happy after viewing the preview of the portrait, you can ask for revisions. We always try to reach the best solution for you.

 Order returning 

• Once you have received the portrait, and you are not satisfied with it, you may return it to us in the original packaging within 30 days after receiving it to receive a full refund. Please get in touch with us for a return address.

Order cancellation

•  Also, you can make an cancellation of your order. As long as your cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing your order.  In this case we make 100% refund. Orders that have already been printed cannot be cancelled.
