How do you create your portraits?
We have a team of professional artists and everyone does their best while making portraits.
It all is painting on a graphic tablet. It’s an accurate work because the artist manually draws every inch of skin, hair, body, and clothes. Also, you are able to make a correction and change some details if you want.
What are the dimensions of the canvas that my portrait will be printed on?
We can offer you four different sizes of canvas frame. The frame itself is made from high-quality, gallery standard materials. The frames have a thickness – 2 cm / 0.79”.
The frame sizes are as follows:
25x30 cm / 10" х 12"
This small frame could bring out a lot of emotions to your close person. It doesn't matter how much person you need to be drawn: they all will be a perfectly shown on the portrait.
30x40 cm / 12" x 16"
This canvas size is very suitable at kitchen and dining areas – while every member of family have dinner, they can admire of beautiful portrait of they. Or while a woman has her morning coffee, she looks back upon a perfect time and place drawn on the portrait.
40x50 cm / 16" х 20"
Our clients choose this side to accommodate in living rooms, entrance halls or even at the office. Also, as the pride place may be above beds!
50x70cm /20" х 27.8"
This sized frame is the most popular, especially with family portraits. At this size, every detail and feature is very realistic and vivid, like it comes alive.
What the difference between BASIC and PRIME coating?
We make a varnish covering to every of our portrait as BASIC.
The difference is that PRIME coating is making with a gel manually. So in this case you will have textured covering looks like a paint drawn picture.
How long does it take?
Our team of artists work as fast as they can but sometimes we are very busy, we aim to get your hand-drawn portrait out to you in 24 hours.
What can I have as my background?
Whatever you want! You just let us know your idea, and we will make it happen.
Do pets count as a person?
Unfortunately yes.
Can I send separate pictures of the characters I want drawn?
Absolutely! Feel free to upload pictures of people in a group or individually. As long as the images uploaded clearly show each person’s face and body features, our talented artists will have everything they require.
Can I get a preview of how my order will look like before placing an order?
That’d be cool! However, since our product is hand-drawn from scratch by real artists, we’ll be unable to get you a preview of how the picture would look like before ordering. Great news is you can request to amend your drawing once it’s completed.
Can I do whatever I want with my sketch?
Yes, absolutely, unlike some we put no restrictions on your sketch, it’s yours to do whatever you want with.
Can you work from more than one photo?
The more photos, the better! Just make sure you’re clear about how you’d like your illustration drawn in the picture description, and leave the rest up to us.
What quality should the photo I send to you be?
The better quality the photo, the easier it will be for our artists to get a more accurate illustration of you on the other side. But don’t worry, we’ll let you know if we’re having any issues.
I have a large group I need doing?
No problem, just drop us an email, and we can discuss large jobs.
What if I am not happy with my sketch?
Our artists are incredibly talented and always do an amazing work, however, sometimes working from a photo we miss the essence of the person and are always ready to make revisions until you are 100% happy with your sketch.
Can I customize my wall art?
Absolutely! You can change the size to match your space, add a filter or text, or even request custom design work. Chat with us or email support@baswow.com and our team will be happy to help you out with your custom wall art.

All prices on our store are denominated in USD.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
We offer bulk pricing on a very limited basis. Please email sales@baswow.com if you are interested in buying 4+ pieces.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of this product being custom, we do not accept returns other than when the product is damaged or incorrectly printed. *Please note that incorrectly printed means that the product has been printed differently to how the product was designed by the customer.*
